Then you enter the number of passengers (including children) and click on the orange “Next” button. You will then be redirected to our booking portal and asked for your address (zip code) for residential/ business customers or Hotel name (you enter first three letters of hotel). If you’re staying at the Hilton you would enter “HIL”. There is a check box that reads “I will enter address manually”. I recommend you check this box so you don’t have to sort through pages of hotel listings. Simply enter the hotel zip code and you will get a rate. The whole process of getting a Super Shuttle rate takes less than a minute.
Once you get through the first step of the “Book a Ride” form you will enter your flight info such as Airline and flight number as well as date and time of travel. Lastly you will input your passenger info and billing information to complete the booking process. You will receive a confirmation number and we will email your transportation itinerary to you. Our Super Shuttle Reservations is very user friendly and takes into consideration real time factors such as traffic, vehicle accidents, flight delays, and so on. If you need to cancel or change your reservation just contact us within 6 hours of your travel time and we will refund your credit card. Your Super Shuttle Reservation is guaranteed.
